LEE BIALOSTOK combines thirty years of experience practicing law with a successful career as a real estate, healthcare, and insurance entrepreneur.
Mr. Bialostok has substantial experience as a commercial litigator and has handled a broad array of matters, including complex contract and real estate disputes and unfair competition cases. Mr. Bialostok also has several years of experience as a transactional lawyer. He has served as general counsel to clients in various regulated industries, including healthcare management, insurance, real estate and hospitality. Mr. Bialostok has been a leader in the development of Independent Practice Associations and Physician Hospital Organizations and has counseled companies servicing thousands of physicians practicing in downstate New York.
In addition, Mr. Bialostok has counseled the design, implementation and marketing of professional liability coverage to a 600-member staff model medical practice. In 2004, he advised a large structured finance company in connection with a successful annuity-backed life insurance premium finance program.
Mr. Bialostok also has hands-on real estate development experience encompassing investments, finance, construction, and asset management at both the property and corporate level. He previously served as General Counsel to Allied Partners, one of New York’s most dynamic real estate companies, where his responsibilities included strategic planning, acquisitions, development, financing and leasing of the firm’s portfolio of assets in New York and Florida.
Mr. Bialostok received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University Law School, graduating with honors in 1986, and his Bachelor of Arts in English from Suffolk University in 1980. Mr. Bialostok is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey federal and state courts, is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations, and holds licenses from the New York State Department of Insurance.
