Jeffrey H. Klarsfeld is one of the founding members of the Firm. He has a broad range of litigation experience in matters relating to real estate, including commercial and residential landlord tenant law, cooperative and condominium disputes, real estate contracts, property disputes, foreclosures and mechanic’s liens. Mr. Klarsfeld also specializes in all facets of civil litigation, including commercial matters, matrimonial disputes, construction litigation and the collections of debts. Mr. Klarsfeld has tried numerous cases to verdict and has filed and argued dozens of appeals in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.
Mr. Klarsfeld received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 1991, and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Clark University in 1988. He is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
